4. Payments, Fees & Refund Policy

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the applicable fees.

• All sales are final unless a specific refund policy is stated at the point of purchase
• Refund requests, where applicable, must be submitted within 7 days of purchase
• Refunds will not be issued after course content has been substantially accessed
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time; existing subscriptions will be notified in advance

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this Platform — including but not limited to course materials, videos, PDFs, frameworks, templates, branding, graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Rohit Mamgain and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content for personal use only
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly display any content without prior written permission
• You may not use our materials to create competing courses, products, or services
• Screenshots or recordings of live sessions are strictly prohibited

6. Acceptable Use & Code of Conduct

As a member of this platform and community, you agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or staff
• Post or share spam, misleading, or offensive content in community forums or sessions
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or platform systems
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical purpose
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform without consent
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rohit Mamgain and the Pharma Intelligence Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform or its content
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
• Business decisions made based on information from our courses or sessions

Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• Your conduct is deemed harmful to other members or the platform's reputation
• Payment obligations remain unfulfilled
• We are required to do so by applicable law or regulation

Upon termination, your right to access all platform content ceases immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminations due to Terms violations.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
